The floors downstairs in our new house had at some point been sanded and were in quite a bad condition, all scratched and faded in some areas. We contacted a few flooring companies but decided to go with Newcastle Floor Sanding. Although they weren’t the cheapest, the price quoted included all repairs, filling and any colour we chose to have the floors stained. We are now saving to have upstairs done and wouldn’t have any other company do it.
